In our aged care services, we are dedicated to providing support with the utmost dignity and respect. We focus on enhancing the quality of life for the elderly, helping them to live comfortably and safely in their own homes while maintaining their independence and connection to the community.

Peter Gosen is the founder and CEO of Ollacare Pty Ltd, an NDIS-focused organisation established in 2024 with a mission to provide tailored support services—particularly for men whose needs are often overlooked within the system. With over eight years of experience in the disability sector, Peter brings both professional expertise and lived commitment to his work. He holds a Graduate Diploma in Management, a Certificate IV in Ageing Support, and a Certificate III in Disability Support. He is currently undertaking a Diploma in Community Services to further enhance his ability to deliver impactful care. A former member of the Australian Defence Force, Peter applies the discipline and resilience from his military background to all aspects of his leadership. More than just a CEO, Peter remains hands-on within Ollacare—working actively as a Support Coordinator and Support Worker to stay connected to the individuals his company serves. Outside of work, Peter enjoys swimming, going to the gym, and spending time in the outdoors. His dedication to personal wellness reflects his belief in holistic, person-centred care for both participants and team members.
Isaac is a dedicated support worker at Ollacare Pty Ltd, known for his cheerful nature and positive energy. Although new to the disability support industry, he has quickly made a strong impression through his caring approach and natural ability to connect with clients. Currently studying his Certificate III in Disability Support, Isaac is committed to developing his skills and delivering high-quality, person-centred care. His warm personality and enthusiasm help create a comfortable and uplifting environment for the individuals he supports. Outside of work, Isaac enjoys video games, camping, and fishing—interests that often help him build rapport with clients and share meaningful moments. His commitment to learning and uplifting others makes him a valued member of the Ollacare team.
